Refund policy

Each AstroClarity Report is personally created based on your exact birth details, or the details of anyone you are requesting a report for. Because every report is custom-made and delivered digitally, I’m unable to offer refunds once your report has been started or sent, meaning all sales are final. (No Refunds or Returns).

If you need to update birth details or cancel an order, please contact me within 2 hours of purchase at insights@astroclarityreports.com. If work hasn’t started yet, I’ll happily issue a full refund. If work has begun, a refund is not available.

If your report hasn’t arrived within the delivery window (varies depending on the report), please email me so I can resend it right away.

*Once your report has been sent, it is considered delivered from my side. If you haven’t received it due to email issues, spam filters, or internet problems, please check your inbox (including your spam folder) and contact me so I can resend it. Refunds cannot be issued for delivery issues caused by your email or internet service.
